The Practice:
A general practice of law with a concentration in matters concerning Divorce, Custody and Support. We are distinguished by our high level of personal service provided at reasonable expense.

Aside from family law, this office handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including spousal torts, personal injury and sexual abuse claims, collection actions, construction disputes, landlord/tenant problems, and probate proceedings. We also handle non-litigation matters, such as real estate transactions, estate planning, business organization and zoning issues.

Mr. Brown appears regularly in all local Courts, and is admitted to practice in both Maine and Massachusetts.
Personal:
Edward A. ("Ted") Brown graduated from Tabor Academy in Marion, Massachusetts in 1980.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York in 1984, and graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 1987.

Mr. Brown divides his time between the main office in Brunswick, the "winter office" at Sugarloaf U.S.A., and his home and family in Augusta, Maine.
