Anita Webster has practiced law for 18 years. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree in law in 1983. While in law school she was a member of Law Review. She was admitted to practice law in California and Nevada in 1984.

Ms. Webster has taught and co-authored two articles entitled "Tax Aspects of Divorce in Nevada" and "Effective Family Law Practice in Nevada". Ms. Webster successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court a case of first impression in Nevada regarding a custodian parent's request to move out of the country.

Ms. Webster has obtained additional training as a Family Law Mediator and conducts mediations for the Nevada Supreme Court.
